Clinton: So, what did you think of the meeting?

Ishida: Most interesting. I enjoyed the presentation very much.

Clinton: I'm glad to hear you liked it. How about getting a drink and something to eat?

Ishida: Good idea. Do you know anywhere around here?

Clinton: Sure do. I know a great little place about two blocks from here. Do you like Italian food?

Ishida: Yes, I love it. Especially pasta. My wife and I often go to Italian restaurants in Japan.

Clinton: Really? Is Italian food very popular in your country?

Ishida: Yes, it is. There are a lot of good Italian restaurants in Kobe and Osaka.

Clinton: My wife and I used to eat out a lot. However, we had a baby last year so we can't do that anymore.

Ishida: Ah, I see. How many children do you have?

Clinton: This is our second, and hopefully our last! How about you? Do you have any children?

Ishida: No, but my wife is expecting our first child.

Clinton: Congratulations! When is the baby due?

Ishida: Around mid-September.
